Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship within the United States via UPS. The following rates apply:

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our Santa Clara, CA location. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@pantheradtf.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with UPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
