Refund policy
At Panthera DTF, we currently do not accept returns for refunds. All sales are considered final once an order has been placed and shipped.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions and order details carefully before completing a purchase.
Exchanges
While returns for refunds are not accepted, exchanges are available for eligible items.
Customers may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in new condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- The exchange request is submitted within the allowed timeframe
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship a replacement product.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
After reviewing the request, we will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or exchange when appropriate.
Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back for exchange unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.
Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, exchanges are typically processed within 7 business days.
